All BUCSC Members are required to attend one (1) Brescia or BUCSC event per month. Please confirm your attendance to the events through this form.

This is an internal form for members of the BUCSC to request reimbursements for council-related expenses through cheque.

This grant application is to be submitted by club leaders if they wish to be funded by the BUCSC for a club event (e.g. conference, workshop, etc).

All honorarium-receiving members of the BUCSC (CRO, AVPs, VPs, President) are required to attend weekly office hours. Please confirm your weekly attendance through this form.
