Brescia Reader’s Society

The Reader’s Society is a book club currently split into two divisions: ‘New Romantics’ and ‘Legends and Mythical Creatures Around the World.’ The Reader’s Society will feature books of all genres, from all time periods, and of all backgrounds. This variety encourages a deeper understanding of literature and all that it has to offer. It also inspires the creation of literature and poetry through writing. Whether the member is a student or a faculty member, an avid reader or an aspiring author, the Reader’s Society acts as a melting pool for all to mingle, create, and explore.

Throughout this year’s club, students will have the opportunity to read and discuss the chosen novel/novels as a group and participate in monthly discussions, questionnaires, and activities planned collaboratively with The Reader’s Society members and executives. Opportunities to present creativity through slide show presentations and group events will also be discussed during the first initial meetings of the year!
